Process of the fasting week:

Your personal time-out for body and mind

The fasting week begins on Sunday evening at 7 pm with an introduction to the group. From this moment on, the journey of self-discovery and healing can begin.

Freshly prepared juices are served in the morning. At lunchtime and in the evening, you can look forward to an invigorating and soothing vegetable broth, organically grown. In between meals, you can always hydrate yourself with harmonized water and soothing herbal teas.

During the day, we offer you a light activity program tailored to fasting. Yoga, meditation, archery, hikes, snowshoe hikes and informative lectures are on offer.

Friday evening will be special: you will celebrate the breaking of the fast with an easily digestible menu at dinner. Afterwards, you will celebrate your experiences as a group with a closing ritual.

A holistic approach for your renewal

Our concept is as unique as you are: we understand the healing process as a holistic interplay of body, mind and soul. That is why we address all aspects of the human being during this week.

In addition to the fasting rituals, we offer a variety of activities that promote your self-awareness and inner balance. And, of course, there is enough space for moments of rest and retreat in which you can focus entirely on yourself.

We can also support the processes in your body triggered by fasting with soothing massages (not included in the price), liver wraps and detoxifying foot baths.

Medical support: your safety is important to us

In the event that you need support, we will measure your blood pressure and pulse and provide you with professional assistance from a trained nurse if you have any physical complaints.

SPA area: your retreat for pure relaxation (included in the price)

Unwind in our small and personal SPA area with sauna and hot tub - perfect places to relax and recharge your batteries.

Exercise and refreshment for body and mind (included in the price)

Enjoy our offers such as yoga, short hikes through nature, movement and relaxation exercises as well as stress management techniques that bring the body into harmony. If you fancy a bit of adventure, you can find your target with archery.

Alternative therapies: Your personal time-out for even more relaxation

Treat yourself to a soothing foot reflexology massage, singing bowl treatment or full body massage. You can also book shiatsu or hypnotherapy to immerse yourself even deeper in relaxation.

Psychological support: for your inner balance (for an extra charge)

Stress management and trauma therapy help you to release mental blockages to support regeneration.

Maintain the effects of the fasting week at home

After the fasting week, you have the opportunity to integrate the valuable experiences you have gained during this time into your everyday life.

You will receive documentation and practical tips to help you maintain mindfulness towards your food intake at home and thus preserve the positive effects of fasting in the long term.
