Your personal time-out for body and mind
The fasting week begins on Sunday evening at 7 pm with an introduction to the group. From this moment on, the journey of self-discovery and healing can begin.
Freshly prepared juices are served in the morning. At lunchtime and in the evening, you can look forward to an invigorating and soothing vegetable broth, organically grown. In between meals, you can always hydrate yourself with harmonized water and soothing herbal teas.
During the day, we offer you a light activity program tailored to fasting. Yoga, meditation, archery, hikes, snowshoe hikes and informative lectures are on offer.
Friday evening will be special: you will celebrate the breaking of the fast with an easily digestible menu at dinner. Afterwards, you will celebrate your experiences as a group with a closing ritual.
