Nada Brahma Retreats is no ordinary hotel. It is an eco-hotel made of wood, clay, and straw bales, built with a clear purpose: to connect guests with nature and help them find peace. We can assure you: At 1,286 meters above sea level, in the tranquil village of Nax, nestled in the heart of the Valais mountains, that comes quite easily.
Up here, relaxation doesn’t begin on the hiking trails or on the yoga mat. It begins the moment you step into our nature hotel. Some come for a fasting retreat, others for a seminar, a soothing massage, or simply for a short stopover on their sustainable journey through Switzerland. What unites them all is a longing to live mindfully.

The Eco Twin Room is designed for people who are open to new encounters. This is often where the most wonderful conversations and unexpected connections take place. The terrace offers a view of the Valais Alps, while inside the room, natural materials, high-quality beds, and lovingly crafted furniture by a local carpenter create a peaceful and cozy atmosphere.

ACTIVITIES
Yoga, meditation, archery, horseback riding, short hikes, and informative lectures and workshops will guide you through the week-long fast. This light program, tailored to fasting, brings activity to your day while also leaving you plenty of time for quiet reflection and personal moments. True to the spirit of: movement for the body, space for the mind.
PROGRAM & DATES
The fasting week begins on Sunday evening at 6 p.m. with a group orientation and ends on Friday with a festive breaking of the fast at dinner and a closing ritual. In between lies a special time that follows a carefully planned schedule and offers new experiences.
